The Miss Gay New Jersey Association (MGNJA), Inc. is the oldest, longstanding drag entertainment organization in the State of New Jersey. Building community is at the core of our mission. MGNJA, Inc. is the driving force for The Beacon Light Fund, which empowers community members who are living with HIV or AIDS.
